Harris Cap Heats Two heats in the Napier Rowing Club'g Harris Cap four-oar copipetition were rowed at Clive last evening. J. Finlay (str.), J. Briscoe, A. Edmunds, and F. Spackman won the first heat, and W. Turner (str.), G. Silverwood,S. Randerson and F. Hartley won the second. Further lieats are being rowed during; the week, and the finals will take place at the week-end.
