Two company registJratious, n..iich during November are of interest to took pla.ee at Napier and Wellington Hawke's Bay. The first is the registration as a private company of Mangaopou Ltd., Avit' £.100 as capital, to ' 'rry on the business of sheep and cattle farming. The company was registered at Napier, the sliareholders being Messrs R. O. Williams (50), W. McCulloch (25), and W. Richmond (25). There are two Napier sliareholders in the company registered at Wellington as Perry Estate Ltd., which proposes to buy, sell, grant, and take leases of land and buildings, to exchange land, and to engage in. other incidental business. The sharcholders are: Napier — A. L. Avery, F. Mackay. Pahiatua — K. A. Tylee. Lower Hutt — Ellon Perry, Elizabeth Perry 100 each. Masterton — E. R. Maunsell, R. E. Maunsell and G. H. Per.y 100, S.
