The Duke and Duchess of Windsor took part in their first public function in France on November 21, and their second since the abdication, when they opened the church bazaar at the Bri--tish Christ Church at the Salle Hoche, Neuilly. Yesterday was the first anniversary of the abdication of Edward VIII.
