NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. Following a chase by a detective, whose suspicions were iaroused by their appearance, two members of the Maimoa's crew, John Burns, aged 24, trimmer, and Raymond ' Sniith, 19, seventh engineer, were fined £5 each in the Poliee Court this morning for the theft of 14 singlets and 14 shirts, valued at £2 19/-.
