HEDGE ON FIRE
Hastings Brigade Called Out A bedge bebind tbe home of Mt. Frank Murtagb, in Wellwood street, Hastings, eaiiglit fire this moriiiiig, and the Hastings Fire Brigade was called out at 11.26 a.m. Upon arrival they discovered that Constable E. Bradley had almost extinguished the fire with buckets of water, and the brigade quiekly eompleted the task. - The hedge was quite close to tbe back of tbe liouse, but uotbiug else 4 was damaged. --.J
