CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Sevefe head injuries, from which he later died, wero suffered by Alfred ' Warner, fged 22, wben a petrol tank cxploded. Tbe accident occurred on Friday afternoen and Warner died in hospital last eveniiig. Warner, an employee of tbe International HarVester Company Ltd., Was Welding a petrol tank with an acetone plant Wben an explosion occurred. It is assUmed tbat there must have beeh. petrol fumes or a trace of petr'l in the tank.*
