In addition, a special payment of 3/a week has been granted to shift workers, as the Court considers that workers who work a round of shifts, including afternoon and night shifts., should receive (some special consideration. The rates of wages for youths have been decided upon by the Court, but the form of the scale is as agreed upon by the parties to the dispute.
