Pivot of the Electoral Campaign (Received 30, 8.45 a.m.) MOSCOW, Nov. 29. The electoral campaign is mainly directed against foreign agents and Trotskyist spies. Hundreds of thousands of citizens inarch every night to the publio squares, which are illuminated by searchlights and where they hear addresses. Speeial trains spread the Government propaganda to the grain belts and forests. The Press is devoting almost jts entire space to the suhject. ^ President Kalinin urges voters to make the spies feel the ground burning under them. He adds : "They must bo mercilessly- liquidated."
