(Received 20, 1.50 p.m.) ROME, Nov. 19. iinportant cbanges are pending iu the Italian Cabinet. Signor Lessoua, Minister for italian Atnca, will leave that post, which Will ' be taken over by Signor ( Mussolini, who will assume the duties of Minister. The Duke of Oasta will succeed Marshal-Graziani as Viceroy of Ethiopia. ' , . The Rome correspondent of The Times says : "Despatches from Addis Ababa state that -Marshal Graziaui, owing to a scarcity of supplies, has ordered all farmers, whether Italians or Abyssinians, to sell their entire crops to the Government. Tlie Abyssinians dislike paper currency and havq been ' hoarding their produce. ' '
