KAIWAKA MEETING
The„ Kaiwaka Women's Institute neeting was presided over by Mrs White. Business was dealt with and ;he delegate to the half-yearly meeting >f the Northern Hawlce's Bay Federaiion made her report. All expressed their sympathy for Mrs jrindell who has been in hospital for several weeks. Competitions for the day resulted as follows: Iceland poppies, Mrs Bain 1, Mrs Turnbull 2; a dress, made by wear3r, to cast not more than £1, Mrs White 1, Mrs Sigvertsen 2; hostesses sompetition, Miss McKinnon. Afternoon tea was served by Mrs Lee and Mrs Macaulay,
