The New York Times Washington correspondent says it is, believed that the project to lease six over-ag© destroyer*- to Brazil has been cancelled in consequence of S"enor Vargas's coup. Otherwise, the United States is adopting a strict liands-off policy. ' The London markets flnished ihe week quietly. There were no dealings in Brazilian loans.
