British Labour Demand (Received 8, 10.50 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 7. The Labour Party lias issued a statement opposing any concession to General Franco.. "He is a rebel his troops are invaders; his ships are pirates. We demand freedom for Republican Spain/' the statement declares.
