London Resolution (Beceived 8, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 6. •A meeting of protest against Japan was held in the Queen's Hall to-day. The meeting carried a motion moved by Mr Noel Barker, M.P., urging the Nine-Power Conference to maintaiu the integrity of China and advocating a boycott of Japanese goods and an embargo on the export of oil.
