Judgement For Plaintiffs in Napier. Case Judgment was given for hoth plaintiffs by the jury of four at the conclusion of the motor accident damag- ' esi claim before Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court at Napier on Friday. -The jury awarded Richard Joseph Burke £54. 4/- special and £1 general damages, and to Peter John O'Regan, £31 2/- special and £5 general damages against James Coleman. Burlie claimed £139 11/6 special and £200 general damages, and O'Regan £36 13/- special and £100 general damages. A counter-claim for £159 12/4, special, and £25 genetral damages was. dismissed. Mr A. M. Ongley appeared on behalf of Burke and O'Regan, while Mr O. G. E. Harker appeared in" defence.
