Chargcd with rapo, a yonug man made an appcarance before Mr F. J. Aunan, J.P., du the Napier Police Court this morning, and, on the application of Detective-SergOant H. Nuttall, was remanded until Thursday next. Mr S. H. Morrison, who appeared for the accused, made successful application for the suppression of his name in the meantime.
