WAIPUKURAU, Last Ni&ht. ■ The twentieth branch of the National Party in tlie W aipawa electorate was formed at an enthusiastie and well-at-tended meeting of the residents • qf Sherenden, Crownthorpe and Whanawhana, field at SHerepden tJall. Mr F. N. H. Beamish xvas voted to the chair, and addresses on tlie aims and objecfs of the Pai'ty and on the recent oonfe;> ence at Wellington were given by the electorate chairman and secretary respectively. A strong committee repx esentative of alf parts of the distriqt, was elected, The interest displayed indicated that the latest formed branch would be one of the hardest working and best organised in tbe electorate.
