Mr E. R. Burnley, Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier, and Mrs Burnley were rccent visitors to Wairoa. Mr and Mrs J. O'Donnel, Tuai, left last week for Waitaki, 3fr O'Donnel haviug been transferred to the power house staff there. 3Ir and Mrs lt. Duubar have roturned to Wairoa from a tcrar of the Auckland distriot. 3Iiss E. Pharazyn, who has been the guest oi Mrs F. Hewitt. Waipukurau. Uas returned to Wellington. 31rs 1'. Drunslield, of Makuri, Pahiatua, is visiting Waipukurau and ts the guest of 31rs I\ Hewitt. Jlr T. Angell, Waipawa, is at preseut on a visit to Wellington. Mr and Mrs Ll. N. Verran and Miss Paula Verran, Waipawa, have Jeft to take up their residence in Australia. Mr G. F. Fox, 3VeHington, was a visitor to Waipawa last week-end.
