HOKITIKA, This Day. The death has occurred at Hokitika of Mr William Arnold Thompson, aged 96 years. He was form'erly a well-known carrier. and had been a resident of Hokitika for 71 years. He was "father" of the Westland Racing Club, a former member of the Borough Council, Hospital Board and School Committee. He leaves one daughter anfi many grand .and great-grand children. J
