QUIET WEDDING PERFORMED AT WAIROA
A very quiet wedding was celebrated at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Wairoa, on Saturday morning. The contracting parties were Miss Margaret Shaxpe, only daughter of Mr and Mrs H. C. Sharpe, Lucknow street, Wairoa, and Archibald, third son of Mr and Mrs A. McCorkindale, Waiatai, Wairoa. The Rev. C. E. Hyde was the celebrant and Miss P. Le Gros was bridesmaid. The best man was Mr Claude McCorkindale, brotlier of the bridegroom. The wedding breakfast was held at the residence of the' bride's patents, only a few close friends and tho relatives being nresent. Mr and Mrs McCorkindale left later in tho day on their honeymoon tour.
