MR. AND MRS. G. RITCHIE GIVE JOLLY PARTY

A most enjoyable evening was spent by the guests at a party given by Mr. and Mrs. G. Ritchie, at their bome in Miller street on Friday. Mrs. Ritchie received her guests and wore a pretty floral frooi in shades of old rose ahd blue on a beige background. The drawing-room was artistically decorated witli bowls of lily of the valley and autumn-tinted flowers. During the evening songs were given by Miss Bain and Mr. Dunlop and dancing was indulged in until after midnight. ' A very dainty supper was served and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Those present Avere: Mesdames Ritchie (3), Taylor, Bobertson, Newell, Crowley, Dunlop, Wrightson, Apperley, >Starnes, Misses Ritchie (2), Bain, ; Messrs. Ritcliie (3), Brown, Newell.
