"I can't walk a step without~people stariiig at nie," he said. "All I hear is whispers of 'Is itf ' .. 'No it isn't*' . . . ' Xes it is.' "Mr.- Taylor has heard about me. When he comes back from Paris on Wedhesday he is going to have a chat with me."* Mr Carey wears a carnation buttonhole. But i£ it gets any worse he is going to wear a placard with the words: "I am NOT Kobert. Taylor."
