During the wek-end tlie Haumoana Tennjs Club held tboir opening day, visitors beino; present from Heretaunga, Karamu, Westshore, Clive and Corawall Park. Over 40 players competed in a Yankee tournament, which was won by Mi's. Stitson and Mr. Ralph Kitt, Mrs. Lowe and Mr. F. Harrison being runners-up.
