Seddon, of Wellington, is a visitor to Napier. Miss Miriam Hunter iias , returned to Havelock Noith after spending a lioliday with Miss M. McLaren, Te Rangitumau. Mr and Mrs H. Burnett, of Nelson, are visiting their daughter, Mrs F. Melluish, of Napier, I\Irs R. Puflett, who has been spending three weeks" holiday witb her motber, in Christchurch, has returned to her home in Hastings. Miss M. Anderson, Poporangi Station , Havvke's Bay, returned from England by the Tainui on Thursday. Mr and Mrs Thornley Sherratt, qf Hastings, are spending a few days with Mr and Mrs R. S. T. Sherratt, Manutulie, Gisborne. . Mrs Trevor Simpson left this morning for Dannevirke en route to her botae in Auckland.
