Co-starred are the twinldingtoe/1 JRuby Keeler, and the famous young eccentric daneer Lee Dixon. The songs are by Johnny Mercer and EieUird Whiting. The delightful Louise Fazenda has an eccentric joie well fitted to her talents as a comedienne and torch singer, Winifred Sliaw is cast as a British musical comedy star. Otlier uotables in the cast are Allen Jenklds, ' Uarol Hughet-, Hugh O'Connell, Teddy Jdart, Addisou Eiehards, -Ross Alexander, 8»haw aud Lee, the "piano-mov-ers" from vaudeville, E. E. "Ready, Willing and Able" is said to have a much more substantial and colierent story than most musical films have. It was adapted for the screen by Jerry Wald, Sig Herzig and Warren Duff, and is one of the Warner's most pretentious qfferings for 193 7^
