Mrs. Drake, of Otago, Dominion president of ^ie Women' s Division of the Farmers' Union, is expected. to arxivo m Hastings to-day and will be the guest of " Mrs. Honeybun, Thompson rohd, Havelock North, Mrs. Drake, will speak at the W.'D.F.U. meeting nest week. Miss ' Phyllis Clark, Waipukurau, whose marriage takes place shortly was met by friends at a ' ' pantry ' ' evening at the home of Miss Hazel Moorhead (who is to be her bridesmaid on Wednesday) and an enjoynble time was spent playing table teunis and taking part in other amusements.
