The CMneso eonsul has received the following cablegram from Nanking: — "Farther Japanese air-raids on Nanking resuited in the partial destruction of the power plant. the central broadeasting station, national healtii adininistration building, municipal health clinic. Central Newa Agency, and Kwangtung Hospital, nnThe kitehen of the central hospital was destroyed, and the authorities are ♦vaeuafing the patients. A huge Ifecl Cross emblem was painted on the root' Of the central hospital." (
