Itaiian Garrison at Makale ROME ISSUES A DENIAL (Received .27, 8.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 25. The New York Herald-Tribune's London correspondent, in an exclusive message says he has learned on unim-. peachable authority that the entire Itaiian garrison and Itaiian civil population of the town of Makale in Ethiopia, have been massacred by tribesmen. No details are available. The Itaiian Government, according to a Rome message, denies the American report that Abyssinians massacred the Itaiian garrison and civilians at Makale.
