J. Baker ; vice-presidents, Messrs G. A. Maddison, J. E. Butcliffe, Erank Dassett, J. W. Talbot, J. Arcliibald, A. Lomas, J. O. Jordan, H. M. Campbell, L. E. Harris, A. Giorgi, A. E. Grc-nside, W. Horne, E. Cole, C. H. Bunker, W. Robertson, J. Ewing, A. , Kifkpatrick, Frank Mardon, G. Luttreli and J. Taylor • delegates to association, Messrs Beuth, Martin and Hingston; secretary and treasurer, Mr P. C. Hutcbinson." Two tropbies kindly presented by Mr and Mrs C. J. Baker for the most improved player and tbe player showing tbe best fielding in tbe junior team during tbe past season, were won by O. Tait a^d D. Brimmer respectively. Tbe meeting closed witb a vote of thanks to tbe chairman.
