Disgruntled Client Invades Office THREE OTHERS INJURED (Received 16, 2.10 p.m ) CHICAGO, Sept 15. A disgruntled client shot and killed tlie former assistant-Attorney General, Mt Elliott, of Illinois, stabbed in the abdomen another lawyer, injured two stenographers and tlicn surrendcred to tho xiolice. Dlr Elliott was preparing to sunmioiis tho assailapt in connectiou with a 10,000-dollar damagc suit at tho timo of tlie killing. Tlio assailant explahied that hc u'as dissatislied at the manner in which his iawyers were nianaging claims against his property. He l'elt that they had dissipated his 60,000-dollar fortune.
