SYDNEY WOOL SALES
(Received 8 8.45' a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 7. At tlie 'wool saies 11,693 bales were offered and 9,747 sold, with 1,232 disposed of privately. There was an improved demand to-day, with increased competition from Yorlcshire and the Continent, also the TJnited States on suitable wools. Prices for all wellgrown fleece wools and skirtings were very firm at the previous day's levels. Greasy marino made to 24d.
