MARINE FARADE
v'onstruction of Double Roadway Notices of motion to alternatively ' forbid or delay the construction of a double roadway on the Marine Parade, Napier, brought forwar,d by Cr A. H. D. Mayne were not considered by the Napier Borough Council last night. Following a ruling by the Mayor, Mr C. O. Morse^ councillors voted against the discussion of the notices.
