Napier Borough Objects to Smaller Frontages Strong objection to tho action of the Housing Dcpartment in permitting the frontages of State housing sections on l Marewa to be less than that specijied by the borough 's town-plannmg scheme — 43 feet as against 60 feet— |was taken last evening by the Napier Borough Council. It was decided to send immediately a strong protest to the department, and also to acquaint the member for Napier, the JETon. W. E. Barnard, with the position.
