NEW AMBASSADOR ARRIVES
(Received 4, 1.0 p.m.) TOKIO. Sept. 3. A conforence under the auspices of the Black Dragon Society inaugurated a canipaign to strengthen the GermanJapanese anti-Communist pact. The new British Ambassador, Slr Robert Craigie, has arrived. He rcfused to answer questions regarding the British attitude towards China but said that he would do everything in his power to implement the British desiro for good relations with Japan.
