LONDON, Aug. 9. The King is considering a dcsign for a new racing yaeht. It became known in Cowes dnring the Regatta last week that the memhei's of the Royal Yacht Squadron bavo submitted to hjrn a rcquest that he will head the movement for a new type of yacht, smaller and less expensivo than the "J " class to which' Mr T. O. M. Sopwith's Endeavour II. belnngs. They will be 05ft. loiig on the waterline. Builders have given estimates for construction, and the ligure is understood to be between £14,000 and £15,000. When King George V. went into the question of repiacing Britaxmia he found that a new yacht -would cost about £40,000.
