VIOLINIST ENTERTAINS NAPIER GATHERING
Patrons of the Silver Slipper tearooms were entertained yesterday after•noon by Miss Nancy Hobson, Mus.Bac., from Dunedin. This talented violinist, wlio is the daughter of Mr and Mrs A. Hobson, of Napier, is well known m the musical circles of Hawke's Bay. Miss Hobson delighted her listeners with several solos, among whieh were tlie f ollowing: — ' 1 Berceuse .(Eucik), " Serenade" (Nolck), ' Madngale (Simonetti), "Trees" (Rasbach), Paradise (Kreisler), "Traumerei'' (Schuniann), "Boioro" (Bohm), Sidhana (Pugolese), "Cherry Kipe and Trossach Tuno" (Ernest Reeves).
