Waipukurau and Dannevirke Clubs Meet The suggestion that the Waipukurau and Dannevirke chess clubs should combine to meet a team from Hastings or Napier was approved at tho conclusion. of the matches between the Dannevirke and Waipukurau clubs played at Waipukurau on Saturday night. Stapleton 1 v. G. H. Stark 0. The visitors were welcomed by Mr D. W. Neild, the Waipukurau club capfcain. Mr H. G.
