ARAGON OFFENSIVE
Best Shock Troops Used (Received '28, 2.30 p.m.) MADRID, Aug. 27. The Government has thrown its best shock troops into the offensive on the Aragon front. Saragossa is now under artillery fire, and communications with Huesca are claimed to have been cut.
