(Eeceived 26, 10.40 a.m.) SINGAPOEE, Aug. 25. The offlcial cholera figurcs for the week cnding August 21 show that there were 433 cases and 173 deaths in Hongkong and 308 cases and 60 deaths at Macao. The Bishop has given Catholics dispensatlon to eat meat on Fridays owing to the prevalence of contamiuated fish.
