KING ROUND IN 63 (Eeceived 26, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 25. - Eegistering a 63 in the first round of the News-Chronicle £1000 golf tournament at East" Brighton, S.L. King establihed a British record for a major golf event. Another record was established by the 30 players who'broke 70 in a riot of phenomOnal scoring. They included B. Gadd and Max Fa'ulkner, each with 64, and E. Whitcombe 65.
