DINNER AND PICTURE PARTY HELD IN NAPIER

A very pleasant party took place last evening in Blythe'si Tea Rooms, when members of the -Nursing Com'mittee and computing teams of the Napier branch of the New Zealand Red Cross Society were entertained at dinner by the president of the society, Mr M. S. Spence. During the evening Miss E. M. King "apologised for tho absence of Mr A. E. Bedford, who was unable to be prosent on account of illness and also for Mr J. Runciman. Mr Spence said how very pleased everyone was that the Napier team had again won the Collin's Cup, and he praised the team for the excellent work done to acbieve sucli splendid results. •After dinner those present were Mr Spenc e 'p.-v guests at the pietures.
