"GOLD DIGGERS OF 1937." "Gold Diggers of 1937," fourth and most elaborate ef the famed series of' musical comedies, comes to the Waipukurau Theatre to-morrow (Tuesday ) for one night. only. These production began in 1929 with Gold Diggers of Broadway and carried on with Gold Diggers of 1933 "and 1935. Just like the ' perennial Zeigfeld ' ' Follies ' ' and George White "Scandals" these "Gold Diggere" of the Warner Bros. 'seem tc have become a genuine 'institution, conibining plenty of comedy, lots of song hits and no end of speedy and beautiful dancing by big choruses of lovely girls. # "Speaking of the Weather" will be sung and whistled about town and su will "Let's Put Our Heads Together" and "Life Insurance." There is a smashing military number called "All is pair in Love and War" with 200 girls in amazing .precision drills " and dances' with "flags and drums, directed by the famed Busby Berkeley. .
