Laying-out of New Area "Good progress is being made in levelling the new portion of the Havelock Nortli cemetery," reported the cemetery committee of the Havelock North Town Board at the board's montbly meeting last evening. "A 12-foot roadway is to be taken right aeross the new property from the maia drive opposit© block E, and across the wbole width of the property from the top of the main drive, tlieso two roaddrive at a point half-way across the ways to be linked with a further 12-foot property forming a centre circle wherc thc iiaths meet in thc niiddle of the new property. Tbe batter at tbo • south-western corner of tbe cemetery is to be slopcd to allow mourncrs to walk froni tbe main drive to the new portion of the cemetery. The other portion of the cemetery was reported to be looking exceptionally well, and general maintenance work has been carried out. "We regret to state, " the report coneludfd, "that the wall built with bitumen drums on the western portion o'f the property has not been built aecording to our instructions. ''
