Shipping Delayed . Off Australia (.Received 5, 11.0 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Aug. 5. The Waitaki arrived from the Bluff several hours late, owing to etrong gales and high seas along the southern coast and in the Tasman. A heavy coastal storm caused many small craft bound for Melbourne to take shelter at the small islands in Baes Strait.
