[t is not often that members of the Royal family are calied upon to make a speech in a foreign language in Lon don The Duke oi Kent acquitted him self well yesterday when, speaking French, he opened the conference oi the Federation Aeronautique Internationale at Aerial House, says a writer in the Daily Telegraph. The acoustics in the conference hall, which was once a restaurant, are not particularly good- But that the Duke speaks French witliout effort there was uo doubt.
