Easy Marmalade Recipe
This recipe has also been tested this year. Take 8 of the biggest possible poorman oranges — if they are small make up to a large size with extra truit-*-and four lemons. Cut into quarters and slice each one finely -on a wooden board. Soak overnight ivith 6 pints of water and next day boil until tender. Add 10 pounds of brewers crystals and test when the marmalade seems to.jelly , a little at the edge of the pan. The cooking should take about | hour.
