N.Z. Speaker Outlines Labour 's Work * (Received Julv 20, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 20. At the openiug session of the Anstralian Trade Union Congress, an outJine of what the New Zealand Labour Ministry had aecomplished was given by*Mr. L. Glover, of the New Zealand Federation of Labour. He said that in future there should he an interohange of delegates from , the two countries at similar conferenees.
