Miss Annie Webb, wko has been in liospital for nearly five months, returned to her sister 's home at Ormondville on Sunday afternoon, and is happy to be back with her friends again. . Miss Mildred Shaw, Balclutha, is the guest of Mr and Mrs Charles Gardner, fciouthland road, Hastings. Misses Kitty and Agnes GrifEen have left Otane on a holiday visit to Auckland. Mrs A. E. O'Meara is a Hastings visitor to Dunedin. Mrs 11. V. Burke and her daualiter, Miss Paddy Burke, of Gisborne, who have been staying in Hastings returned .home to-day. Miss Judy Butledge, who was the guest of Miss Marie Stead, St, Aubvn street. Hastings, for the races, returned to Gisborne to-day. Mrs C. A. leLievre. ot Edgecombe. • Whakatane, is visiting her mother, Mrs M. Tf. de Lislo, Tomoana road. Hastings, and returns home to-morrow. Mrs W. G. Stead, who has been on 'an extended visit to her son and daugb-ter-in-law, Mr and Mrs G. G. Stead, of Nelson, will return to Hastings to-day. Miss B. Hartnell, of New Plymouth, who lias been appointed travelling organised in the Tlawke's Bay district for the British and Foreign Bible Society is at present staying in Hastings.
