Walcott, of Welling* ton,. are on a vdsit to Waipawa. Miss Mary Lenihan, of Levin, is visiting Hastings, where she is to be one of the bridesmaids at the BartlaGunnold wedding next weelt. Miss June Hewitt, Waipukurau, left by 'plane on Thursday for Gisborne to attend tlie coming-out dance given by Mr" D. R. Mitford for his daughter, Natalie.
