MORE JAPANESE TROOPS FOR CHINA
(Eeceived 16, 11 a,m.) TOKIO, July 15. The Japanese War Office officially announces that in view of the serious sltuation in North China it has decided to dispatch more troops from Japan. Despite deniale, it is reported that Japan has demanded the indopendence of Hopei and Chahar.
