The Washington correspondent of the New York Times says that President Eoosevelt is deeply apprehensive of the dangeroys developmehts ip the Spaniph civ'l war conflict p,nd the Chinese" Japanese dispute. It is understood that the confidential reports to the President presage major developments in both crises within 48 hours, possibly sooner.
